Official channels
FunGen is an independent project. It is discussed in a lot of places it has no connection to, and from the outside those are hard to tell apart. This page says which channels are ours, so you can check rather than assume.
Where FunGen is official
- This site: fungen.app. Pricing, documentation and policy are what is written here, and nowhere else.
- Downloads: GitHub releases, from the FunGen repository. A build from anywhere else is not one we published and we cannot say what is in it.
- Chat and support: the FunGen Discord.
- Email: [email protected], which is the right route for anything about a payment, a pass or your data.
Independent of the community forums
FunGen has no affiliation with EroScripts, or with any other forum or script-sharing site. We do not run them, we are not endorsed by them, and they are not endorsed by us. There is no partnership, no shared ownership and no shared moderation in either direction.
Those sites came first and a great deal of good work lives on them, which is exactly why the distinction matters: a thread about FunGen on somebody else's forum is written by people who do not speak for the project, and it is not an official channel however it reads. That cuts both ways: we have no control over what is posted there and no ability to moderate it, and nothing posted there is a statement from us.
If you want to know what FunGen costs, what it collects or what happens to a pass, the answers are on this site with a date on them: pricing, privacy, and the pass policy.
Nothing said elsewhere touches your licence
A licence you paid for is never withdrawn over anything you say, in any venue, including venues we have nothing to do with. That rule and the narrow list of things that can end a pass are written out on the pass policy page.
If you need us
Support asked for on a third-party forum will often simply not be seen. That is not indifference, it is that a forum is not a place we operate. The Discord and the email address above are read.
