A PMV - porn music video - is an edit cut to a track. The pacing comes from the music, the footage changes every few seconds, and a good script rides the song rather than the scene. FunGen scripts PMVs from the audio, then hands you a frame-accurate timeline to finish the job.
Why a motion tracker struggles with a PMV
AI motion tracking follows movement from one frame to the next. A PMV breaks that assumption on purpose: hard cuts every few seconds, changing performers, speed ramps, overlays and transitions. Tracked faithfully, the output is a script that lurches at every cut and ignores the beat everyone is actually feeling.
For this format the honest answer is that the audio is the score, so FunGen reads that instead.
Beat detection does the timing
FunGen analyses the track for onsets and places keyframes on the beat. Choose alternate top/bottom for a steady stroke, or a fixed pattern for a hit on each beat, and set the top and bottom positions to pick the range. A sensitivity control decides whether you follow just the kick or every hat - which is what separates a lazy PMV script from one that feels edited.
Cuts become structure, not noise
The cut pattern is useful information once you stop fighting it. Use chapters to mark each section of the song - intro, verse, drop, outro - and give each one its own stroke range and rate. A build that opens shallow and slow and finishes deep and fast is a few chapter edits, not a manual re-script.
Finish it on the timeline
Snap-to-beat keeps every hand edit on the grid. BPM stroke generation fills any range at an exact rate, or fits an exact number of strokes into a span - useful when a fill has to land precisely on the next drop.
